Sales dept. gave me wrong info. before the sale. Support dept. was very inconvenient, only open the same hours I'm at work. Product performed poorly (HVKit-Outdoor). Support dept. seemed like they don't care. Took over a month to get a refund. Stay away from them.

and to add....your 7-5, weekday support hours are hardly convenient for someone that works 8-5 weekdays on the west coast. You asked me to call you to troubleshoot the problem. And exactly when would I have a chance to do that? I most certainly am NOT going to burn vacation hours to work on something that should have worked in the first place, as I was told before I bought it.

It was an online chat that I had with one of your Sales staff. I have no reason to lie here. Unless you kept a record of your online chats, anyone who reads this will just have to take my word for it. I believe the Salesperson's name is Anton. And just FYI, I bought a different product that uses the same Powerline technology, and it has been working flawlessly. And to add, right there on the camera was a big sticker that said 'do NOT use a power strip' when using their product! As to your solutions, you wanted me to dismount the camera after I had already mounted it high up outside the house. Your product should have just worked as advertised and as I was told by your Sales staff! My house is 2 years old and has very standard wiring. The fact that this other camera that I have is working flawlessly means that your product was not working as it should have. And as for the lack of caring and support that I got once you knew I was upset by your product and company, just showed me you guys just don't care. And your Operations Manager hasn't even acknkowleged my emails that I sent to him over a week ago!! I will bash your company and product every chance I get!

In response to this complaint I would like to give EZWatch Pro's side of the story. My name is Brian Anderson and I was the technician that helped this customer. Our records show this customer placed the order online without consulting the Sales Department about this system. I helped this customer several times through our online chat. I also responded with 28 e-mails with suggestions and solutions to make the system work properly. The customer was unwilling to work with us and try the suggested trouble shooting steps. Our tech support lines are open 10 hours a day to accommodate our customers. We had the unit sent in for testing and it tested fine. We handle our technical support issues with the upmost importance and professionalism. This customer was refunded 100% of their money, and unfortunately, returned an excellent working camera system.
